Stabilizing Dentures with Mini Implants

At Eagle Valley Dental we can provide a long term low cost soloution to unstable dentures. We use and place 3M Mini implants to stablize an upper or lower denture. The concept is simple. We place Mini implants that have a ball attachment on them that will engage a retentive device located in the denture. Now instead of gluing you denture in you can sanp on you Mini imlplants for more comfort and stability. These implants cost a fraction of the cost of convential implants and provide a form of retention for the patient.

  Please see photos of one of our recent cases. This lady presented with little to no lower mandibular ridge. This simply means she had nothing but a flat surface for her lower denture to slip around on. By placing our Mini implants we restored function to the patient.  We placed 4 implants in her lower jaw at the cost of restoring and placing one conventional imlant.

CT scan showing placment of mini implants in a resorbed mandible . The CT scan guides us to perfect placement of the implants. By this means we can avoid nerves and locate the best bone density and dimension for placing the implants. This procedure was done start to finish in less than 2 hours.
